Located in downtown Greeley on the high traffic 8th Avenue corridor, this historic landmark building once served as a legendary food and beverage emporium adorned with movie props and turn of the century antiques. Poised for future redevelopment, the State Armory building now serves as home to a local faith-based organization serving the community. The adjacent parking lot immediately south of the Armory Building is also owned by Thomas & Tyler and now provides public parking but it too remains part of a future re-development vision.
