Thomas & Tyler, LLC was formed in 1994 when brothers Drew and Ty and their father Mark came together to form a real estate investment entity.  In its early days, the family team focused on the acquisition of distressed real estate assets, mostly from the Resolution Trust Corporation and the FDIC.  Properties included multi-family projects, small office buildings, single family houses, and development land located primarily in the metro Denver area.  Over the years, Thomas & Tyler shifted its focus to Greeley and became active in the efforts to revitalize Greeley’s historic downtown district.  Today, its pursuits have expanded beyond real estate and beyond Greeley but Thomas & Tyler remains committed to helping make its downtown Greeley community a better place for business activity, entertainment, and living.  Look up the family team and they will be happy to share with you what makes Greeley great and their vision for the future.
